In her first year as a swimmer at Bowdoin College, Natalie Garre ’24 had a fantastic season! Referred to as a “freshman phenom” in one article, at the NCAA Division III championships, she won both the 500 Free and the 1650 Free and was a runner-up in the 400 IM. With a time of 16:17;84, Natalie set a new NCAA Division III record in the 1650 Free by nearly four full seconds! She was the first Bowdoin swimmer to win multiple events at a single NCAA Championship. Congratulations to Natalie!
