Reunion Giving

Make a gift to the 2023-2024 Annual Fund in honor of your Reunion!

This year, we are offering two exciting giving opportunities to alumnae:
  1. Increase your impact by unlocking a match! Every new member of the Satterlee Society (those who make a gift of $2,500+) will unlock an additional $1,250 for the Annual Fund, generously given by fellow alumna Carol Armstrong Dillon '63 and her husband, Tom. The Alumnae Office will count the matches in your 2024 class giving totals.
  2. Demonstrate your loyalty by making a multi-year Annual Fund pledge, and the full amount will count towards your class giving totals. For example, pledge $500 for each of the next five years and the total amount of $2,500 will count towards your 2024 class giving total. To make a pledge, please contact the Director of Annual Giving Molly Wadsworth at (202) 537-6676.
As a reminder, Reunion Classes compete for two awards: The Board of Visitors Trophy, given to the Class with the most dollars raised, and The Hollerith-Ouverson Award, given to the Class with the highest percent participation in the Annual Fund. These awards will be presented during Saturday's Alumnae Awards Luncheon.

Why should I give to NCS?

The Annual Fund accounts for 8 percent of the school's operating budget, making it NCS's top fundraising priority each year. The greatest way to honor your milestone Reunion, support the needs of current students, and express appreciation for your time at and after NCS, is to make a gift of personal significance to the Annual Fund.

In fiscal year 2023 (7/1/22 6/30/23), 761 alumnae gave over $640,000 to the Annual Fund. Of that, Reunion giving accounted for over $90,000 raised from over 200 alumnae. Reunion gifts play a critical role in ensuring that the school reaches its Annual Fund goal each year. The fiscal year 2024 (7/1/23 6/30/24) Annual Fund goal is $2.3 million.
