NCS Parent Shares Experiences as a Public Defender with Grade 8

James Whitehead, parent of Chloe ’28, has spent his career as a public defender. He met recently with Grade 8 to discuss the process of appealing a criminal case. Mr. Whitehead explained that everyone deserves an attorney in our legal system and shared his pride in the role he plays in helping those who need legal representation. It was a great opportunity for students to learn about this important topic!
