Student Publication Wins First Place Award
NCS’s literary-arts magazine, Half-In-Earnest, won first place in the 2023 American Scholastic Press Association annual contest. Founded in 1932, HIE features student poems, essays, and artwork, including the winning entries for the annual Hyde-Tuckerman writing competitions.
