NCS Celebrates Writer's Day in All Divisions

At Writer’s Day, students in each division heard from authors who read excerpts from their books. Ciera Burch spoke to Lower School students about her novel Finch House and to Middle School students about her newly released young adult novel Something Kindred. Some Upper School students heard from Jeffrey Dale Lofton about his novel Red Clay Suzie, while others heard from St. Clair Detrick-Jules about her book My Beautiful Black Hair: 101 Natural Hair Stories from the Sisterhood.
